Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most, answered properly. If yours is not here, ask us — a person will answer.

Hair, wigs and extensions

How do I know which cap size I need?

Measure the circumference of your head from your front hairline, around the back at the nape, and back again. Under 22 inches is small, 22–23 is average, over 23 is large. Average fits most people; every unit we sell also has adjustable straps and combs for a further inch of movement either way.

What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?

A closure is a small piece — usually 4×4 or 5×5 inches — that closes off the top of a sew-in and gives you one parting. A frontal runs ear to ear (13×4 or 13×6) and lets you part anywhere across the front, wear the hair back, and style a full hairline. Frontals give more freedom; closures are quicker to install and cheaper.

Can I colour or heat-style a human hair wig?

Yes. Every wig we sell is 100% human hair, so it takes colour and heat like your own. Two cautions: go to a colourist rather than boxing it yourself, since the hair cannot repair itself the way growing hair does, and keep heat tools at or below 180°C.

How long does a unit last?

With the care routine on each product page — sulphate-free washing, air drying on a stand, low heat — 12 to 18 months of regular wear is realistic. Daily wear with heat every day will be less.

How long before I see results from a hair growth product?

Less hair in your brush is usually the first change, at around four to six weeks. Visible density takes a full growth cycle, so give any product three months before you judge it. Anything promising results in a fortnight is selling you a story.

Skincare and cosmetics

I have never used retinol. Where do I start?

Start at the lowest strength we stock, apply it two nights a week on dry skin, and build up over six to eight weeks. Buffer it with moisturiser if you are sensitive. Wear sunscreen every morning without exception — retinol makes skin more sun-sensitive, and skipping SPF undoes the point of using it.

Can I use vitamin C and retinol together?

Use vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night. Layering them in one routine is not dangerous but tends to irritate, and neither works better for it.

Are your cosmetics suitable during pregnancy?

Retinoids are not. Anything containing retinol is flagged in its warnings section. For everything else, check the ingredient list on the product page and confirm with your doctor or midwife — we can tell you what is in a product, but we cannot give medical advice.

Why do some products list ingredient percentages and others not?

We publish the concentration whenever the manufacturer discloses it. Where they do not, we say so rather than invent a number.

Sizing and fit

Do your clothes run true to size?

Generally yes, and each product page names the fit — relaxed, tailored, bodycon and so on — plus the height and size of the model in the photographs. Tailored and bodycon pieces are cut closer; if you are between sizes in those, take the larger one.

What if it does not fit?

Return it unworn with tags attached within 14 days for a refund, then reorder the size you need. See the returns page for the full detail.

Orders, delivery and payment

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes — guest checkout is fully supported. You will still get order confirmation and dispatch emails, and you can track the order with your order number and email address. An account just saves you retyping your address next time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has not shipped, yes. Email us with the order number as quickly as you can. Once tracking has been issued the parcel is with the carrier and you will need to use the returns process instead.

How are my card details handled?

They go directly to our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We keep only the card brand and last four digits so your receipt is readable. We never see, store or log the full number, expiry date or security code.

Do you charge customs or import duty?

No. For deliveries outside Türkiye any duty is set by the destination country and collected by the carrier from the recipient. We cannot pre-pay it or estimate it reliably.
